Suzanne started as a Property Manager in the New Plymouth office at the beginning of December 2013. She brings with her a very positive and can-do attitude. Prior to this, Suzanne had been working under the Rented.org.nz umbrella for a year and a half developing and defining her wealth of knowledge within the Property Management industry.
Suzanne holds a Bachelor of Business Studies degree majoring in Marketing Communication. This gives her the edge to be able to really market your property well and with high professional standards.
Born and bred in Taranaki, Suzanne lives locally with her husband Trent who is a qualified Builder and daughters Eva & Ruby. Some of Suzanne’s passions include baking, fishing and lots of time with her girls. Suzanne and Trent are currently refurbishing their own home putting Trent’s skills to great use!

Miriam is originally from South Africa and is passionate about working alongside people, building long lasting relationships and being of service. The word service in her mind means caring - by putting all her positive energies and dedication into protecting and fulfilling the best interests of her clients.
Before joining The Rent Shop – Taranaki team, Miriam worked as an Operations Manager in the car rental industry. The previous management roles in a fast-paced environment has enabled her to bring her organizational, leadership, interpersonal skills and the ability to listen and talk to people from all walks of life.
She is currently completing her Level 4 Residential Property Management qualification and in her spare time she enjoys cuddling her kitty cat, rock climbing, kayaking, hiking and exploring all New Zealand has to offer with her partner Adam.
