She arrived in New Zealand in August 2019 from SouthAfrica with her husband Andrè and daughter Nïlo and they were soon reunitedwith their two pugs called Pixie & Puxley, who arrived 2 months later.While being an avid book reader, she loves socializing & spending time withher family.

Kellie joined our Credit Control team after a year off as she couldn’t stay away from the industry! After spending 4 previous years in the industry at the front desk and assisting a Property Manager with arrears,property inspections, viewings and all things admin she believes she has a good knowledge of all things Property Management.

Kellie is currently completing her qualification in Residential Property Management (level 4) where she hopes to gain and further her knowledge in her current role as well as gaining knowledge of other roles within the industry.

In her spare time she practices her negotiation skills on her young son and husband as well as spending time with her friends and family taking bush walks and trips to the beach.

Sharon Bradley

A professional and dedicated Manager, Sharon Bradley has a passion for Property Management and understands the rental market well.  Joining the industry several years ago, she brings a deep and credible knowledge of property, competent in the management of all aspects of residential property no matter how big or small, she is fully conversant with mediation and tribunal procedures, exceptionally focused and results driven, Sharon and her team continue to exceed client expectations at all levels. She has a great understanding of people, and this confidence extends from tenants to tradesman.

Before joining the industry, Sharon worked a Sales Manager in the Finance Industry. This hard-working attitude and commitment to service has held her in good steadfast to be able to lead her team to high client excellence. Sharon has a Bachelor of Education and Bachelor of Business Management as well as a National Certificate in Property Management this has equipped her with the knowledge and experience that is needed to achieve goals personally and professionally. Being an ex-school teacher means she is passionate about Training and Learning Development. Her main focus is on employee growth and future performance of her team.

Sharon has instilled this same relentless pursuit of Customer Service excellence in Property Management. This has produced not only strong growth but with support from her leaders, Property Managers recognised by their peers as the top in the industry. Blair first entered into the real estate industry whilst studying for a Bachelor of Property at the University of Auckland and since graduating has gone on to gain valuable experience working in both commercial and residential property management in New Zealand and abroad. After spending most of 2017 in London he returned to his home town of Auckland where he is looking forward to building upon the strong service levels set by the The Rent Shop Property Management team.

With over a decade of international hotel experience under his belt, Blair has a true understanding for excellent customer service and places honesty and integrity at the forefront of his attitude towards work. He provides a calm and considered approach when problem solving, and prides himself on going the extra mile to assist clients and tenants achieve positive outcomes.

Outside of the office Blair has a passion for sport and enjoys spending time on the golf course as well as getting out and about amongst the many natural attractions on offer within the Auckland region.
