Originally from China and educated in the US, Andrew speaks both English and Mandarin. In his spare time, he loves running marathons and exploring New Zealand.
Dyane started her journey into property in her early twenties with the project management of a first home, an exciting and remarkably successful project that lead to numerous build-and-sell ventures. Wanting to move forward in property investing, Dyane began looking into long-term hold opportunities with a focus on cash flow, firm buying rules, determination, and a clear vision for the future.
Strategic planning, learning, and adapting to the changing market has enabled Dyane to steadily grow her rental portfolio and successfully flip property. With market knowledge and experience gained over several property cycles, she is a real property investor with a real portfolio.
Dyane brings expertise in coaching other investors, renovation, project management, extensive market knowledge and years of investing experience to The Rent Shop as well as enthusiasm and passion for property. Dyane believes that successful investing is a team effort and is committed to exceeding client’s expectations.
Outside of property Dyane has loves swimming, reading, travelling and enjoys spending time with family.
Terry joined The Rent Shop in 2019 as a Property Manager based in the city office.
He has an extensive background in customer service roles, including several years in Property Management, alongside varying sales and managerial roles.
This means that Terry has an in-depth understanding, and a wealth of knowledge pertaining to owning a property and managing the client relationship. Terry is solutions orientated and enjoys building relationships with owners and tenants,always working to do his best to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
Outside of work, Terry enjoys getting out on his motorcycle, spontaneous trips to Waiheke (mainly to visit the wineries), camping and putting in some hard work in the garden.
