After several years successfully selling Real Estate from a young age, Sean decided to make the change into Property Management. Armed with two degrees including a Bachelor of Property from Auckland University, Sean has a vast range of knowledge and experience in the property industry having worked in it for over ten years.
With boundless enthusiasm and excellent communication skills, Sean brings a sense of passion to the role of Regional Manager at The Rent Shop. A professional and dedicated Manager, Sharon Bradley has a passion for Property Management and understands the rental market well. Joining the industry several years ago, she brings a deep and credible knowledge of property, competent in the management of all aspects of residential property no matter how big or small, she is fully conversant with mediation and tribunal procedures, exceptionally focused and results driven, Sharon and her team continue to exceed client expectations at all levels. Before joining the industry, Sharon worked a Sales Manager in the Finance Industry. Andrew has always believed that real estate is the most important industry in any economy. His extended technical background and broad international knowledge helps clients understand the complexity of the real estate property market. Originally from China and educated in the US, Andrew speaks both English and Mandarin. In his spare time, he loves running marathons and exploring New Zealand.
Anita has been in the Real Estate industry since 1984. Most recently, Anita was Business Development Manager at a smaller Auckland property management company, where she was responsible for several initiatives which turned the business into a success and won multiple awards for her efforts.Focusing primarily on residential Real Estate, Anita has a strong understanding of the market, allowing her to provide intelligent and insightful advice.Offering a personal and individual service to each of her clients, Anita ensures that each person understands and is happy with the steps taken in the property management process.
David is an experienced Property Manager. While operating his own Property Management business under the Rented franchise banner, he was awarded the New Business award for three consecutive years as well as recognition for having the lowest rental arrears. David also has ten years experience in the education sector having taught in New Zealand, England and Scotland. As an investment property owner, David enjoys helping owners to optimise their rental and capital return. Family, tennis, running and music is how David utilises any spare time.

Jacob paved the way to obtaining his commercial pilots license through various sales jobs at a young age, and in the process of funding his license he found his passion in building successful business relationships.After a successful stint as a pilot becoming an air ambulance pilot and flight instructor, Jacob decided to further develop his career in sales.

Nina has over 15 years customer service experience over a range of industries.; including 9 years ago moving from Christchurch to Auckland to expand her knowledge and experience in hotels in a range of roles.These roles included Building, Property and Hotel management and more recently managing a large Auckland CBD long term residential hostel. After taking time to raise a family, Nina has joined the team at The Rent Shop as a Property Manager. Paul was born in Hong Kong and immigrated to New Zealand in the mid 90s. He has completed his Diploma in Marketing in 2000 and a Bachelor of Business major in Valuation and Property Management in 2015. In the past 10 years he has been working diligently in the retail and property industries. Paul can speak Cantonese and Mandarin.
In his leisure time, Paul enjoys jogging, spending time with his kids and playing pinball machines.

Terry joined The Rent Shop in 2019 as a Property Manager based in the city office.
He has an extensive background in customer service roles, including several years in Property Management, alongside varying sales and managerial roles.
This means that Terry has an in-depth understanding, and a wealth of knowledge pertaining to owning a property and managing the client relationship. Terry is solutions orientated and enjoys building relationships with owners and tenants,always working to do his best to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
Outside of work, Terry enjoys getting out on his motorcycle, spontaneous trips to Waiheke (mainly to visit the wineries), camping and putting in some hard work in the garden.
Val has accumulated a wealth of experience in many roles including, banking, business management/ownership, real estate and aviation security. Possessing a solid work ethic along with excellent organisational, time management, problem solving and people skills make her the perfect fit for property management! Val thrives on getting it “right” and really enjoys the relationship building with tenants and property owners alike. Val is very passionate about her family, friends and great food! After working for 10 years in the property sector, Catherine now finds herself assisting the team at our Manukau office meeting your daily needs.

When not greeting and assisting you daily, Catherine spends her time at home by the beach with her fur babies and travelling.
Kellie joined our Credit Control team after a year off as she couldn’t stay away from the industry! After spending 4 previous years in the industry at the front desk and assisting a Property Manager with arrears,property inspections, viewings and all things admin she believes she has a good knowledge of all things Property Management.
Kellie is currently completing her qualification in Residential Property Management (level 4) where she hopes to gain and further her knowledge in her current role as well as gaining knowledge of other roles within the industry.
In her spare time she practices her negotiation skills on her young son and husband as well as spending time with her friends and family taking bush walks and trips to the beach.
Sarah is our behind the scenes Project Administrator, providing support to our team in all aspects of the business - This has earned her the Top Administration Support Award for 2019. Her efficient and organised manner makes sure our back office runs smoothly, also stepping in for Front Desk and the Trust Accountant occasionally. Sarah has had experience in several parts of our business from Reception through to Property Management so knows all the ins and outs.
Sarah has completed a Diploma in Business Administration and Finance and has worked in several administration roles including Customer Services, Reception and Office Administration over the last 8 years.
Outside of work Sarah enjoys keeping fit, reading, travelling and spending time with family and friends.
Sunil is avery calm and composed person with positive attitude. He has developed a matureand responsible approach to any task he is presented with.
