She brings her enthusiasm for customer service excellence and knowledge of systems management to The Rent Shop. Supporting her team and customers is always her number one priority and she does this with honesty,integrity and dedication.
Being a South African born in Argentina, living in Wellington as a child before returning to South Africa, she welcomed the opportunity to return to New Zealand permanently when the opportunity presented itself.
To her, New Zealand is home, where she loves spending time boating, fishing and travelling with family and friends.
Alex decided to pursue a career in the dynamic world of Real Estate after a successful stint in car sales. He joined Lovegrove Realty as it provides him with opportunities to grow and develop his career. Despite his youthful age Alex brings enthusiasm, passion, drive and a fresh approach to Real Estate. Highly motivated, he provides excellent customer service and enjoys building fantastic relationships with landlords and tenants alike.

After a successful career in banking, Julia has made the change to leading our property management team in Nelson. Julia’s passion is working with people and her extensive leadership and coaching experience shine through to ensure she and her team get it right for the customer. Julia is motivated, organised and approachable, with boundless enthusiasm which she brings to the role of General Manager Nelson at The Rent Shop.
After several years successfully selling Real Estate from a young age, Sean decided to make the change into Property Management. Armed with two degrees including a Bachelor of Property from Auckland University, Sean has a vast range of knowledge and experience in the property industry having worked in it for over ten years.
With boundless enthusiasm and excellent communication skills, Sean brings a sense of passion to the role of Regional Manager at The Rent Shop. Sean is always willing to go that extra mile to ensure a successful outcome. He enjoys building new customer relationships as well as nurturing existing ones.
Sean’s extensive knowledge of the Auckland property industry, first -hand experience in all aspects of Property Management and ‘one size does not fit all policy means he is well equipped to support the team nationwide.
A professional and dedicated Manager, Sharon Bradley has a passion for Property Management and understands the rental market well. Joining the industry 15 years ago, she brings a deep and credible knowledge of property, competent in the management of all aspects of residential property no matter how big or small, she is fully conversant with mediation and tribunal procedures, exceptionally focused and results driven, Sharon and the team continue to exceed client expectations at all levels. She has a great understanding of people, it’s important to understand that to achieve great results, you need to foster a culture of continuous improvement — one where everyone, herself included, has access to the tools and support needed to enhance their performance. Before joining the industry, Sharon worked a General Manager in the Finance Industry. Equipped with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and an MBA in Marketing, Andrew has more than 20 years’ work experience in China, the US, and New Zealand. Andrew has always believed that real estate is the most important industry in any economy. His extended technical background and broad international knowledge helps clients understand the complexity of the real estate property market. His friendly and passionate attitude helps him build trust easily with his clients.
Originally from China and educated in the US, Andrew speaks both English and Mandarin. In his spare time, he loves running marathons and exploring New Zealand.

Ben brings an enthusiasm for all things property and people. Carrying an academic background in finance & economics he began his property management career in Hamilton in 2014 and has prospered in the industry ever since. Now serving as one of The Rent Shop’s apartment experts he specialises in Auckland’s CBD and fringe suburbs with a strong knowledge of everything apartment related.
Ben understands that property management is more than coordinating tenancies; he prides himself on providing a tailored and comprehensive approach to helping his clients achieve their individual investment and financial goals. With people being at the centre of the equation Ben recognises that communication and relationships are the focal point of how he operates. Over his time in the industry Ben has put great importance on keeping up with legislation changes and the ever changing market.
Growing up by the coast Ben has a life long passion for the water and outdoors. Outside of work you’ll find him surfing,running or exploring the outdoors with friends and family.
Blair first entered into the real estate industry whilst studying for a Bachelor of Property at the University of Auckland and since graduating has gone on to gain valuable experience working in both commercial and residential property management in New Zealand and abroad. After spending most of 2017 in London he returned to his home town of Auckland where he is looking forward to building upon the strong service levels set by the The Rent Shop Property Management team.
With over a decade of international hotel experience under his belt, Blair has a true understanding for excellent customer service and places honesty and integrity at the forefront of his attitude towards work. He provides a calm and considered approach when problem solving, and prides himself on going the extra mile to assist clients and tenants achieve positive outcomes.
Outside of the office Blair has a passion for sport and enjoys spending time on the golf course as well as getting out and about amongst the many natural attractions on offer within the Auckland region.
Bridget brings to her property manager roll an extensive background in customer service, administration and management.
Enthusiastic, hardworking and dedicated, Bridget thrives on the challenge of property management. A goal setter and go-getter she will do her utmost to achieve the best outcome for her landlords and tenants.

Born and raised in West Auckland; Claire has an undeniable knowledge of the location she still calls home. She knows the little details that can help your property rise like none-other. Claire got into property management to follow her interest of the housing industry and the pleasure in helping others. Coming from a close knit family of tradesmen she knows all the in-and-outs of property care and renovations as well as the importance of a well maintained investment.

Jess has built a solid reputation of reliability and perseverance with five years of Management and Training experience and nine years in International Hospitality and Catering.
Originally from the UK, Jess has worked in France and most recently the remote outback of Australia where she oversaw the Business Development and led a team in the Employment and housing Services. Eventually moving to Nelson with her Kiwi partner.

Katie started with the Rent Shop Dunedin in February 2020,she has a strong & varied customer service background and really enjoys working with people and building strong relationships.
Katie has a background as a Beauty therapist working in high end beauty clinics in Brisbane but decided on a change of pace when returning to New Zealand in 2017 and was working at a busy sports, events and and functions centre as a receptionist and marketing co-coordinator before joining The Rent Shop team.

Kelsey has a track record of managing some challenging tenancies and obtaining great outcomes for her landlords.
Since entering the world of property management in 2017 she has gained her level 4 Residential Property Management qualification and hasn’t looked back since.
She believes in providing top service to her Landlords regardless of the number of properties in her portfolio. Kelsey delivers this to her landlords and tenants through open and honest dialogue and an approachable manner. Kelsey has the goal of becoming one of the top Property Managers in Auckland and is prepared to achieve this though hard work and earning a gold standard reputation from her existing and prospective business partners.
Lisa has been in property management for 4 years. After almost six years as a personal assistant to two leading real estate agents, it was time for Lisa to use her extensive skill set in a profession that has always held appeal.

Miriam is originally from South Africa and is passionate about working alongside people, building long lasting relationships and being of service. The word service in her mind means caring - by putting all her positive energies and dedication into protecting and fulfilling the best interests of her clients.
Before joining The Rent Shop – Taranaki team, Miriam worked as an Operations Manager in the car rental industry. The previous management roles in a fast-paced environment has enabled her to bring her organizational, leadership, interpersonal skills and the ability to listen and talk to people from all walks of life.
She is currently completing her Level 4 Residential Property Management qualification and in her spare time she enjoys cuddling her kitty cat, rock climbing, kayaking, hiking and exploring all New Zealand has to offer with her partner Adam.
Having relocated to Auckland in 2019 to start a fresh chapter with his Kiwi wife who hails from tiny Great Barrier Island, this enthusiastic, bright eyed South African set his sights on developing a career in property management. Nick has a specific interest on the compliance aspects to the job especially the new Healthy Homes Standards. His ability to interact with tenants, landlords and fellow colleagues has allowed him to make the most of his role as the relief/junior property manager and learn the ropes from the bottom up.
Previously, Nick studied a Bachelor of Commerce Honours Degree in Management and soon after decided to embark on a completely different route. For six years he worked in the super yachting industry for some of the worlds most accomplished individuals. This adventure allowed him to develop his skills and travel extensively throughout the Mediterranean, Caribbean and US.
Since settling in Auckland, Nick now looks to focus more on his career and personal interests which include making plenty of appearances on the golf course and cricket field.
Nina has over 15 years customer service experience over a range of industries.; including 9 years ago moving from Christchurch to Auckland to expand her knowledge and experience in hotels in a range of roles.These roles included Building, Property and Hotel management and more recently managing a large Auckland CBD long term residential hostel. After taking time to raise a family, Nina has joined the team at The Rent Shop as a Property Manager. Nina prides herself on her communication and organisational skills.She enjoys building long lasting relationships with both owners and tenants and this is what drives her each and every day.
Paul was born in Hong Kong and immigrated to New Zealand in the mid 90s. He has completed his Diploma in Marketing in 2000 and a Bachelor of Business major in Valuation and Property Management in 2015. In the past 10 years he has been working diligently in the retail and property industries. Paul can speak Cantonese and Mandarin.
In his leisure time, Paul enjoys jogging, spending time with his kids and playing pinball machines.
Paul is hard-working professional who prides himself on building long-lasting relationships, he is highly ethical, responsive and provides customised service to his clients. Shiva is originally from Fiji Islands and raised in New Zealand.Coming from a people management background in retail and I.T, Shiva found property management to be the most thrilling and rewarding career for him.After several years in property management; Shiva is described as a prompt communicator and a result driven individual.

Terry joined The Rent Shop in 2019 as a Property Manager based in the city office.
He has an extensive background in customer service roles, including several years in Property Management, alongside varying sales and managerial roles.
This means that Terry has an in-depth understanding, and a wealth of knowledge pertaining to owning a property and managing the client relationship. Terry is solutions orientated and enjoys building relationships with owners and tenants,always working to do his best to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
Outside of work, Terry enjoys getting out on his motorcycle, spontaneous trips to Waiheke (mainly to visit the wineries), camping and putting in some hard work in the garden.
Yao Hou is a motivated, customer oriented individual who is passionate in delivering property management service at his best. Yao is best described as warm, caring, energetic, enthusiastic and always committed to working hard to make sure he achieves your desired outcome.
Yao is experienced in property Investment, Management and Residential Sales, selling nearly 80 properties in Auckland City over the past five years.

Brianna is the bright and friendly face you see at our Botany office, she is always happy to help and works hard to keep things running smoothly for you and our property managers.

Outside of reception you will find Brianna spending her time taking photographs, participating in online team games and tending to her cat’s Instagram page.
After working for 10 years in the property sector, Catherine now finds herself assisting the team at our Manukau office meeting your daily needs.
Catherine’s determination to provide top tier service with a friendly positive outlook allows her to ensure she provides the team with a constant base of support.
When not greeting and assisting you daily, Catherine spends her time at home by the beach with her fur babies and travelling.
Kellie joined our Credit Control team after a year off as she couldn’t stay away from the industry! After spending 4 previous years in the industry at the front desk and assisting a Property Manager with arrears,property inspections, viewings and all things admin she believes she has a good knowledge of all things Property Management.
Kellie is currently completing her qualification in Residential Property Management (level 4) where she hopes to gain and further her knowledge in her current role as well as gaining knowledge of other roles within the industry.
In her spare time she practices her negotiation skills on her young son and husband as well as spending time with her friends and family taking bush walks and trips to the beach.
After traveling and living abroad for a few years Lilly has settled back into life back in Auckland. After many years working in Customer Excellence, Lilly has joined the Rent Shop Team looking for new and exciting challenges while still putting those skills to good use.

Monique has been in the Property Management industry for just over two years. She has a B.Design which shows her creative side along with organisational skills within her role.Monique always ensures customer service is at a high for their tenants, owners and creditors.
In her spare time, she likes to put her design ideas into her home renovations, bringing her ideas to life.
Sunil is avery calm and composed person with positive attitude. He has developed a matureand responsible approach to any task he is presented with.
