Alex decided to pursue a career in the dynamic world of Real Estate after a successful stint in car sales. He joined Lovegrove Realty as it provides him with opportunities to grow and develop his career. Despite his youthful age Alex brings enthusiasm, passion, drive and a fresh approach to Real Estate. Highly motivated, he provides excellent customer service and enjoys building fantastic relationships with landlords and tenants alike.

Understanding that property management isn't a one size fits all policy Alex strives to keep his clients up to date and informed about current market conditions allowing them to make informed decisions. He thrives on exceeding clients expectations and has strong negotiation skills.

Born and raised in South Auckland, Alex is very familiar with the area and is always in the loop when it comes to current market conditions. With the support of an excellent team and working environment you can be assured your investment is in the best possible hands.

Alex has a keen interest in cars, boating, fishing, music and enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Originally from the UK, Charlotte has also lived in Germany, Australia and New Zealand but is proud to be a kiwi. In her spare time Charlotte enjoys yoga, baking and spending time with family and friends

Helen has eight years of customer service experience where she has dealt with clients from all walks of life. She recently completed her National Certificate in Real Estate (Salesperson) showing her willingness to learn and develop her knowledge, skills and understanding of the Real Estate industry.

As a highly valued member of staff Helen's confidence, enthusiasm and attention to detail shine through. She is motivated, organised, approachable, has high personal expectations, strong work ethics and maturity beyond her years.

Helen has a keen interest in travelling, experiencing new cultures and enjoying local foods; strengthened by living aboard for a year. She's also enjoys dancing, keeping fit and healthy and spending time with family and friends.

After several years successfully selling Real Estate from a young age, Sean decided to make the change into Property Management. Armed with two degrees including a Bachelor of Property from Auckland University, Sean has a vast range of knowledge and experience in the property industry having worked in it for over ten years.

With boundless enthusiasm and excellent communication skills, Sean brings a sense of passion to the role of Regional Manager at The Rent Shop. Sean is always willing to go that extra mile to ensure a successful outcome. He enjoys building new customer relationships as well as nurturing existing ones.

Sean’s extensive knowledge of the Auckland property industry, first -hand experience in all aspects of Property Management and ‘one size does not fit all policy means he is well equipped to support the team nationwide.
