Brianna’s previous historyworking in customer focused roles makes her a perfect fit to help you withanything you may need.

Outside of reception you willfind Brianna spending her time taking photographs, participating in online teamgames and tending to her cat’s Instagram page.

After several years successfully selling Real Estate from a young age, Sean decided to make the change into Property Management. Armed with two degrees including a Bachelor of Property from Auckland University, Sean has a vast range of knowledge and experience in the property industry having worked in it for almost ten years.

With boundless enthusiasm and excellent communication skills, Sean brings a sense of passion to the role of General Manager at The Rent Shop Botany. Sean is always willing to go that extra mile to ensure a successful outcome. He enjoys building new customer relationships as well as nurturing existing ones.

Sean’s extensive knowledge of the Auckland property industry, first -hand experience in all aspects of Property Management and ‘one size does not fit all policy’ means he is well equipped to support his team.

On settling in New Zealand with her husband Wenzel and their three children Michelle was eager to get back into property management, which she has always had a passion for and where better than with the dedicated team of professionals at The Rent Shop!

Michelle is energetic and organized and balances her work by spending quality time with her family. She is looking forward to exploring New Zealand further and her other long term goal is to have her own property investment portfolio.
