After completely a Bachelor of Health Science majoring in Psychology, Cherie decided to get a summer job in sales which resulted in working in the Direct Sales and Marketing Industry for the last 10 years.  Cherie worked her way up from an entry level sales role, through to recruitment management and business operations. Cherie prides herself on being able to wear many different hats to be an effective problem solver and is focused on building great relationships with people from all walks of life. Due to her management and training experience, I bring with me a lot of resilience, loyalty, thinking on my toes with people management skills.

Cherie was brought up in a very sport mad family, so does enjoy going to the odd rugby game, fishing and recently started group fitness classes. On the other hand, in her downtime she does enjoy knitting, reading, and spending time with her family and dog.

Cherie is looking forward to building strong and communicative relationships with owners and tenants.

 

Christine Moon

Christine has a conjoint degree of Bachelor of Business majoring in Marketing and Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Japanese.

Christine also has her graduate diploma in Early Childhood Education and has been an early childhood teacher for 6 years. After having her own children, she took a break from teaching and was helping manage her parent’s properties. This is where she has found her passion for property management and has decided to purse her dream of being a property manager, rest assured that you are in excellent hands.

Christine is originally from South Korea and has lived in Auckland for more than 27 years, she is bilingual and is fluent in both English and Korean.

Growing up in her parent’s restaurant business, she understands the importance of service, she is a natural people person and believes that strong communication alongside providing exceptional service is essential for successful results.

Krista has been working in customer services for over 15 years, in order to fulfill customer needs she always puts herself into their shoes; being a landlord herself she is able to understand the needs from a property manager.

Noor moved to New Zealand in 2014 as a student to pursue a Bachelor in Applied Management from Otago University. As part of his degree, he was asked to partake in an internship that happened to be in a Property Management company working alongside a senior property manager; that is when he realized that this is the industry he wanted to be in and has loved it ever since. Noor has been in the property management industry since 2017, he loves the variety that this role offers and loves a challenge.

Noor likes to spend his spare time with family, extensively follows the NBA and sometimes likes to play basketball with friends.
