While operating his own Property Management business under the Rented franchise banner,  he was awarded the New Business award for three consecutive years as well as recognition for having the lowest rental arrears. David also has ten years experience in the education sector having taught in New Zealand, England and Scotland. As an investment property owner, David enjoys helping owners to optimise their rental and capital return. Family, tennis, running and music is how David utilises any spare time.

Jacqui Singleton-Soffer has been working as a property manager in the Nelson Bays region since 2000.  Because she has properties herself she understands an owners perspective.  Jacqui has three grown up children.  She loves renovating, gardening and cooking but not in that order.  Jacqui excels in organising, never has a bad Monday and one of her daily highlights is meeting a variety of people. Jacqui is proud of making people feel confident that they have the right person to look after their property.  She has a high level of communication with clients.
