Our business provides for all facets of Property Management:- from the complete caretaker role for investors and absentee owners, a casual letting service for Landlords who do their own management, investment advice and personal referral for buying and selling services.

The Rent Shop Ltd was established by Warwick James in 1984 as part of Law Real Estate (1984) Ltd, to specialise in Property Management. Since it’s establishment it has grown in both size and profile to become a separate licensed company and an integral part of the Professionals Real Estate Marketing Group Warwick James still personally oversees the running of the company.

 

The Rent Shop Ltd is one of the founding members of the New Zealand Residential Property Managers Association and is a recognised voice on Property Management allowing us to be effective in making improvements to the industry and providing input on legislative changes.

The Professionals Group consists of approximately 75 offices throughout New Zealand, reaching from Kerikeri to Invercargill, with just under 400 throughout the Asia and Pacific Region.

The Professionals are active in the community. They have been proud supporters of the Child Cancer Foundation since 1994. During this time The Professionals have raised over $1.4 million. This $1.4 million has purchased and maintained two Sunshine Lodge Holiday Homes, in Taupo and Queenstown, purchased a Family Place in Wellington and helped to purchase a Family Place in Auckland. The Professionals are very proud of what we have been able to achieve for the Child Cancer Foundation and look forward to continuing the support and providing more well used facilities.
