  - Must sign and complete an application form
  - Must provide one identification - Driver’s licence or Passport or Birth certificate
3. At least one Reference Required (written or verbal)
  - Landlord (not boarding)
  - Property Manager
  - Current employment
  - Housing New Zealand Certificate
4. Viewing inside a property is a Legal Requirement
  By Appointment Only
5. Water Rates
  Please note it is a Rent Shop policy that all tenants renting management properties
will be requested to pay $10.00 per week for credit of their water rates account
